| End Grain cutting boards are the cream of the crop of cutting boards. These of the boards often referred to as butcher blocks. Some of the types of hard woods used are: Maple, Purple Heart, Lyptus, Walnut, Pecan, and Ash. Most of these boards are 2 inches thick.
